UK VISAS

Investor Visa

This category allows high-net-worth individuals to live in the UK if they have enough funds to make a substantial financial investment.

Sponsor Licence

UK companies who wish to employ skilled workers from outside the UK are required to apply for a Sponsor Licence.

Start-up Visa

The Startup Visa is suitable for people at an early stage of setting up a UK business. The Innovator Visa is for more experienced entrepreneurs.

Innovator Visa

The UK Innovator Visa provides entry to the UK for talented, experienced entrepreneurs who wish to establish a business in the country.

Overseas Representatives

This route allows an Overseas Business to send a Senior Employee to the UK to set up a registered UK branch or a wholly-owned subsidiary.
